Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is nonrefundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.

Return Policy

Unless a longer period is stated on the product page (for example, the Coral Diffuser's 30-day money back guarantee), we accept returns within 15 days of the date you receive your order. Products must be returned unopened and in good condition.

If your product arrives defective, we offer a 15-day money back guarantee (from received date). Email your intent for a product return to hello@pristinearoma.my. Once we've confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost and we'll send your replacement within 10 – 15 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
