Refund Policy

You may cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

Please note that transaction fees are non-refundable.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations or refund requests.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days from the date you receive your order. Certain products may have a longer return period, such as the Coral Diffuser, which comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at hello@pristinearoma.my within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once we have confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost, and we will send you a replacement within 10–15 working days.

For approved refunds, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank. For more information, please contact your bank directly.
